Our spaces are avail­able on week­ends for fam­il­ies and course instruct­ors who wish to host cel­eb­ra­tions, work­shops or small events. Wheth­er it’s a birth­day party, a fam­ily gath­er­ing or a cre­at­ive class – at ELKI you’ll find a warm, child-friendly and wel­com­ing envir­on­ment where both chil­dren and adults can feel com­fort­able.

We rent out two lov­ingly designed rooms: the Green Room and the Orange Room.
Rooms can be booked on Sat­urdays and Sundays dur­ing the fol­low­ing time slots:

11:00–14:00
15:30–18:30

You may arrive 1 hour earli­er to set up and stay 30 minutes after­wards for clean-up.
A shared WC and kit­chenette are avail­able for use.

Please note: ELKI is primar­ily a place for chil­dren, fam­il­ies and com­munity – not a tra­di­tion­al event ven­ue. For this reas­on, all book­ings must be reques­ted by email and coordin­ated with our ongo­ing pro­grams.
