Contribution Regulations – Fees and Charges (valid from January 2024)
Annual Membership Fee
The annual membership fee is €72 per year. It is non-refundable and renews automatically. Membership may be cancelled with four weeks’ notice effective December 31 of any given year.
For any registration after February 1 of the current year, the annual membership fee is €6 per month.
Please note: The annual membership fee is tax-deductible with a copy of the bank statement and the invoice.
Participation Fees for the Language Playgroups
The fee for each Language Playgroup session is €2.50 for members / €5.00 for non-members.
Participation Fees for the Fixed (Regular) Playgroups
The monthly fee is €100 + €10 for materials/snacks = €110.
An additional one-time registration fee of €100 is due upon acceptance into the group.
Billing Schedule
Annual Membership Fee
Billed in mid-February.
Language Playgroups
Payment is due at the time of participation.
For advance reservations via Eventbrite, payment is made at the time of booking.
Fixed Playgroup
Billed monthly on the 10th of each month.
Payments for membership fees and the Fixed Playgroup are processed via direct debit.
If paying the Fixed Playgroup fee by bank transfer, please include the child’s full name as the payment reference.
If paying the annual membership fee by bank transfer, please include your membership number.

Tax Information
As Eltern-Kind-Zentrum Schwabing/Maxvorstadt e. V. is a recognized non-profit organization, membership fees as well as donations are tax-deductible.
For tax purposes, please indicate “Membership Fee” or “Donation” as the payment reference.
Participation fees for playgroups are not tax-deductible.
Discounts
Paying members receive a discount on the registration fees for each sign-up to ELKI-organized flea markets.
